Initial client engagements all start the same. We work with you to determine what your needs are, where your challenges lie, and how we can help. At the end, we provide a step-by-step roadmap that will give you all the information you need to accomplish your data and analytics goals.
Step 1: Discovery
Each client engagement begins with a discovery call. During this call, we learn the difficulties you’ve been having, your goals, and how we can help you harness your data to drive value.
The discovery call helps us identify the resources and ways we will solve your problems and thoughtfully plan the next steps in the Beacon Process.
Step 2: Assessment
We come onsite to meet with your team and perform a strategic assessment. Together we’ll review what it is you’re trying to accomplish, what your current systems are, and what business requirements you’re dealing with.
Through detailed interviews with stakeholders (both business and technical), and deep dives into your data ecosystem/assets and current tech and data stacks, we get a deep understanding of your goals and vision, allowing us to tailor our solutions to your needs.
Step 3: Deliverables
Our team then synthesizes everything we’ve learned about your business, your requirements, and your challenges and presents you with your Roadmap to Data-Driven Success.
In it, you’ll receive our findings on a recommended approach, including the technical reference architecture and technical requirements applicable to your case, as well as the suggested tools, platforms, and estimated time and cost to carry out your solution. Your Roadmap to Data-Driven Success includes a detailed step-by-step guide to get your data and analytics programs where you want them to be as fast as possible.
